A whole house near Bath, just for your group
When you book Lorne House exclusively, there are no B&B guests staying alongside you. Family get-togethers, hen and stag weekends, wedding groups and business retreats are all welcome. Lorne House is a place to stay and spend time together rather than an event venue, so gatherings need to remain relaxed and considerate.

Sleep and dine together
Eight en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 19 guests in the main beds. Room 8 has a king bed for two and a sofa bed for one, bringing the whole-house maximum to 20 overnight guests. The sofa bed is inside Room 8, so the shared sitting room remains available for your group. The dining room can be arranged in different seating configurations to suit your group. It can seat 20, although space is tight at that number. Ask Harry and Eliza about the best layout for your stay.

Space to unwind
Enjoy the sitting room and verandah together. Bedding and towels are supplied, so you can focus on your time away.
Self-catering made practical

Your kitchen has a large range oven, one dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge. An American fridge-freezer on the lower ground floor is available on request.
Whole-house stays are self-catering and do not include Lorne House breakfast. If you would like someone else to do the cooking, see our independent catering recommendations and book directly with your chosen caterer.
Pre-arranged visiting caterers may use the full kitchen, fridge, freezer and utensils on your arrival day, at check-in time or later. Please agree their access with Harry and Eliza in advance.
